Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a concept where by organizations consider the interests of society by taking responsibility for the impact of their activities on customers, employees, shareholders, communities and the environment in all aspects of their operations. Through CSR a company can balance the economic, environmental and social aspects in its operations and fulfilling the expectations of its stakeholders, who has influence on a company’s decisions and actions. During the recent 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck the country on APRIL 2015 and during the Koshi Flood which lead to destruction of 1000 houses hence making them homeless and many more.

CHILD LABOUR

“Child labour is preventable, not inevitable.” Child labour has become a biggest social issue in Nepal which needs to be solved on regular basis. It is not the responsibility of the government only, it should be solved and taken care by all the parents, owners and other social organizations. KABRA GROUP has made sincere effort in not employing children below the stipulated age and been advocating CHILD LABOUR by promoting it in each and every products manufactured by the group. Thus creating awareness towards CHILD LABOUR.
